About MITSOM College

MIT School of Management (MITSOM) was established in 1987 to
impart value based education in the field of Management Science with the aim of
creating global leaders and entrepreneurs for the nation. MITSOM was
conceptualized by Prof. Vijay S. Rao which then grew from strength to strength.
MITSOM has witnessed a phenomenal growth in terms of quality and quantity, and
has set itself a mission to be amongst the top ten Management institutes in
India.
MITSOM conducts Three year under Graduate & two year Post
graduate programme affiliated to SPPU.
MITSOM College has a wide variety of academic and special interest
groups that are supervised either by the department or section heads [academic]
or by the cultural committee formed by the students. At the opening of the
college, students have the opportunity to explore and express interest in their
chosen activities. From the beginning, the student is a part of the MITSOM
Community impacting class discussions, participating and leading in activities,
and making new acquaintances.

Bachelor of Business Administration or BBA is a three-year
full-time course that is designed to give rise to future professionals rather
than mere 'degree holders'. This course keeps in mind the needs of the
industry, where the students ultimately find employment and therefore, has a
completely different approach to learning. The program is designed with the
objective of producing business executives, managers and entrepreneur with a
blend of theory and practical expertise which helps students in taking up
challenging tasks in the industry and their own ventures.
Eligibility
BBA Admission by Management Quota in MITSOM
A
candidate for being eligible for admission to the Degree course in Bachelor of
Business Administration shall have passed 12th Std. Examination (H.S.C. 10+2)
from any stream with English as passing subject and has secured 40% marks at
12th Std.
Two years
Diploma in Pharmacy after H.S.C., Board of Technical Education conducted by
Government of Maharashtra or its equivalent.
Three
Year Diploma Course (after S.S.C., i.e. 10th Standard) of Board of Technical
Education conducted by Government of Maharashtra or its equivalent

College's Aptitude Test & Interviews for First Year Admission
in BBA, BBA-CA & BBA-IB courses is conducted on respective dates at
respective venues. Interested candidates can submit online Application with
uploading the recent photograph, on or before two days prior to respective
Entrance Exam.
How to Apply

After submission of the application form online, you will get a
confirmation email I.D. with Hall ticket for the entrance examination.
You have to attend the entrance exam conducted by the College as
per the schedule. (Auto generated Hall ticket is compulsory for entrance exam)
Student should bring relevant educational documents for
verification at the time of entrance exam. ( at least one identity card should
keep for verification)
The students those have appeared for the college entrance
examination of MCA (Commerce) should refer the schedule for taking admission
declared by the College on notice board.
