Immediately after joining the college (in the first week) Students are supposed to complete the formalities for Identity cards and Library cards.

All the students must have their college Identity Card with them to enter the college campus.

Attendance for all lectures and practical is compulsory.

If a student could not fulfil 75% attendance throughout a year then the college will not allow that student to appear for an annual examination.

All the internal examinations are compulsory for all students.

Any reported, observed objectionable conduct within/outside the campus will make him/her liable for strict disciplinary action.

The student should not participate in any political or anti-social activities.

Smoking, drinking (alcohol) and consumption/possession of drugs is strictly prohibited.

The authentic media of communication with the students in the college is the college noticeboard. The students are expected to read the notice put up on the noticeboard. The college shall not accept any responsibility for any loss due to the student's failure to read the notice in time.

The use of electronic devices like mobiles are strictly prohibited in the college premises. If any student is caught while talking on mobile, fine will be charged.

The students should help the management to maintain the building and campus clean and tidy. Damage to the property such as equipment, instruments, furniture, books, periodicals and so on of the college will be viewed seriously and is likely to result in the expulsion of the guilty and recovery of the cost.

Writing of any wrong word/sentence on blackboard, walls, and toilets are strictly prohibited.

During examination if any student is found with copy matter then he/she is liable for strict disciplinary action from the college.

Ragging is strictly prohibited in the college campus. Following action will be taken for any students involved in Ragging.

The cases of Ragging will be reported to the police station.

The Student involved in Ragging will be expelled from the college.

The Student involved in Ragging in other colleges will not get admission in the college and even after admitting if it is reported that the student was involved in Ragging in other college, his admission will be cancelled immediately.

The college have appointed an Anti-Ragging committee and Anti-Ragging squad to keep watch on students involved in Ragging.

In case the student is absent on account of an official work such as intercollegiate sports or intercollegiate competitions, annual function etc. a consent should be taken from the concerned staff member, informing the date and event due to which he/she is absent.

Submission of Journals, project work etc. in the subject before prescribed date is expected.

Every class will have a class teacher who can be approached by that class for any difficulty.

Team-work and performance at a practical/oral examination shall be assessed on the basis of depth of understanding of the principle involved and not on the basis of more correctness of results of the ornamental or colourful presentation.

The Team-work assessment will be done by concerned internally recognized teachers continuously and if necessary by an oral examination.

The College will not take the responsibility of any student who would show objectionable conduct within or outside the campus.

College possessed the authority to strict action against those students who keep their fees outstanding.

The students should submit his/her all proper/correct documents at the time of provisional admission. If any problem occurs after his/ her provisional admission/ fake documents submitted then he/she totally responsible for his/her academic/financial loss and at the same time his/her admission will be cancelled and any arguments regarding this matter will not be entertained.

Attendance of the students should be to 75% in theory & 100% in practical otherwise.

Completion of 100% term work is essential.

Parents must keep contact with the teacher of their ward.

They must contact the class teacher at least once a week precisely between 8 am to 1 pm in the college.

Attendance of their ward should be at least 75% in all theory subject 100% In all practical.

Attendance in each unit test, tutorials, orals, term end exams and final examination is compulsory.

In case of less attendance, not attending of failing the unit tests, not completing the term work students will be responsible for his/ her academic loss.
